The first Snow

We got our first snow of the season!! It feels more and more like Christmas!! We had to go play in it,so we went out to the woods, cut some firewood, did a little 4-wheeling....It was so beautiful- all the trees covered in snow!! I bet my nephews were having a hay day in it!





The fun ended quickly when my feet got wet and my toes were going numb!!

Brownies Beach

Chris has been planning this trip for weeks now to Brownie beach. He remembers going there in high school to look for fossils, and was able to find it again. So after weeks of preparing- we had to be there mid day,at low tide,with handmade sifters in hand- we made it!
The weather was beautiful that day, and luckly I had Lindseys company he were not as dedicated as Chris! We didn't find any megalodon teeth but we did find some small fossils and a handfull of shark's teeth!
We were just outside of Baltimore on the western shore of the chesapeake bay with beautiful weather- great idea hun!

Fall is my favorite!

So it's a little on the late side, but it is my most favorite time of year- Fall!! This year we went to this cute little pumpkin patch outside of Lincoln and got some cool pumpkins! They have really good strawberries in the spring too! I still have my decorations up, but am planning for next year!
